EJ25 EGR

We're working on a 2008 Subaru OUtback.  It has a NA EJ25 in it....I think.  It looks like the EGR Valve is not working.

Any problems w/that?  Is it pinging and we haven't noticed?  Any other issues?

Why do you think it’s not working?  Cel on?  You are correct. Subarus don’t have audible ping even though it’s self destructing. It may be an electronic egr. If you need one I have 50 of them for free. lol

The line is plugged.

Do they have a knock sensor?
