Dry sump/ crankcase venting

Ok more questions when running a dry sump I know I need to vent/catch can the oil tank. My question do I still need to vent/catch can the valve covers?

Can I run the valve covers in to the oil tank and then just vent the tank? 

Is there enough Vacc from the dry sump that I dont need to vent the valve covers?

Anything with boost should have the valve covers vented to a can. 
Dry sump or not. 
I run -10 line but I have buddies running -16. But they are 20 lbs of boost.
