Do you avoid or not use: Streaming Services Music or Video, Downloadable Content via MP3, Blu-Tooth or cable?

I realized I have boxes of media, in various formats that I don't have players for anymore.

Well except a Cassette and CD player in my Truck

Seems everything we watch or listen too is now via a Streaming Medium.

What about you :moof:   :watchporn:

Yep, take DVD's and blu-ray disks with us every time we take the RV anywhere.   Occasionally watch them at home if the movie is not on a streaming service.   I do have an old VHS player stashed away in the garage.   My jeep radio decided to no longer stream music so I'll occasionally play a CD from the ancient collection

We still have DVD's, watch them mostly in RV when weather sucks.  For music, we listen to mostly Spotify (downloaded playlist)

I have some old technical training videos on VHS cassettes and DVD’s that I have to watch from time to time. Aside from that no other media to watch.

Stream everything and have satellite radio. Occasionally the Wifi goes out in my shop and I have to revert back to the 1800s and use an iPod for music.

Books and CD's I never get rid of. I like the idea of physically holding on to my property. I still use streaming for movies and of course, youtube. As Covid started getting going, I bought some old DVD collections. I think I have about 600 movies figuring that it would be a good investment since we would be locked down. Turns out I was working nonstop so that was a wasted investment.

We barely have internet where we live.  Streaming is doable but not great.

Got tons of DVDs and Blu-ray.  We watch fairly regularly.

Still have all my CDs but always busy Pandora.  I have a CD player as a backup because cell service has been known to go out once in a while.

Seems the same as most. I still have dvd and blue-ray in case streaming isn’t good. Got rid of all my cd’s and stream all my music.

My brother and I  have crates and crates of vinyl records we've collected since we were kids and I have a vintage system to play them on. First record I ever purchased with my own money was Kiss Destroyer on the week it came out and I still have it. We also have a chit ton of CDs

Started with 8 track and was a poor student and just kept listening to FM radio KMET or the same songs on the 4 or 5,  8 tracks I had.

Then I had 5, 6 cases of cassette tapes and then I fell for the CD is better so had another 5, 6 cases of them, then satellite retired the CD's.

I’m a cheap ass and don’t pay for streaming services, except for the DISH Tv & satellite radio so I can take it on the road as needed.

Those of us into....less mainstream music, have to rely on our hard copies.  Lots of my stuff ain't gonna be found on Spotify or iTunes.

This is the truth. All of my favorite albums probably sold 2,000 copies or less. No one knew these local bands I was SO into. Slowly some of them are making their way to streaming platforms but I will always keep those CDs.

Still have the very first record I ever got, Kansas Point of no Return

Still have the last one I bought, The Cult Sonic Temple

Have not owned a turntable since about a week after I bought that last record, the belt broke, and I never replaced it.

I have an old box of cassettes, Player hasn't worked in 20 years probably

Have a couple hundred CD's and still have at least two players, have not listened to one of them in 10 years probably.

I will tell you the same thing I told the Girlfriend, No I am not getting rid of any of it.
