This boy came to me at the age of 19 years old. Weighed a buck 25. He's celebrating his 29th Anniversary with my company. He's EARNED the respect from all his peers / customers. Totally dedicated to his Job / Profession / Family. I couldn't be prouder of this MAN. Congratulations James McCoy on your sincere Dedication. You'd be amazed how someone with no education  / no future / no skills could become the MAN in his world. I Love this MAN for what he's overcome / what he's become and what he represents everyday. Peace

Much props, renews faith in the Tide Pod challenge generation. I wish him continued success in the greatest country in the world!

Congrats, not just dedication but commitment and loyalty (something that is lost nowadays) for both of you.

That's great!!! Since Covid, I have shrunk my company down. I still have the first employee I hired. He has been with us through all the ups and down.

Great Story, congrats to James.....well done Sir!

This speaks volumes about your company. Dedicated, engaged, productive employees stay with companies that create a good working environment. When employees enjoy their jobs and like their jobs, they stay. When they hate showing up for work, they move on. Wages and benefits are not as important in employee retention as a good work environment. That's a fact!

Congrats to both of you!

29 years...you can't even get people to come in to work for 29 minutes today... That is an awesome story.....
I have a buddy who lost his job. He started when he was 16, company sold when he was 60 and new company cut him due to "covid" at 62! Only job he ever had.

He said man I don't know what I'm going to do. He had over 14 weeks of vacation built up, because he didn't think he could be gone, he had months of sick leave because he never missed despite his knee issues and shoulder problems he never had fixed. When they cut him he was crushed, all those years of sacrifice, for nothing in the end.

I told him are you nuts? You worked for the same damn company for 40 plus years, never missed a day of work due to illness, someone would love to have you as an employee. I told him go to your biggest competitor. He didn't.

Cheff, congrats to your man but more congrats to yourself. You know how to treat people so they want to stay and that's a HUGE downfall for alot of people. I have a gate/fence guy we use in Okla. who I'd bet is like you. He has the best guys, does phenominal work and his guys always talk about how great it is to work for him.

Congrats on a great employee, they are few and far between these days.

Congratulations to you and James.
Now that you have such a dedicated employee that you can trust with the company business, no excuses for this coming season.

Great job and congratulations!!!! Dedication goes both ways for sure and it looks like this was a match!

As an aside, I have done business with Superior in the past and wonder if I've ever crossed paths with this fine gent.

I told my lovely wife when she first met James......Don't make me choose between you or him. Because I choose HIM! You should have seen the look on her face when James said to her....."Our relationship- Pole to Pole / Hole to Hole / But NEVER Pole to Hole. She was warned. And she still married me. I've got more stories to tell about this MAN. Peace

Meet James and His family at Cheffs wedding Hell of a Guy..Congrats sir
