I am sure they are some stock truck of some sort

look for TYC on the lenses and the number following that is the part number.  on the magma they were typically glued in also so you have to cut the housings out.

you c an also just try here https://www.headlightsdepot.com/catalog/country-coach or google year make and model and replacements will come up.

 We have a y2k beaver, before Monaco had their way with them.

Her back side is quite different, headlights seem the same.

 
Are you thinking rears are from the same Lincoln ?  
nope, they look like chevy lights, but look on what you got in the coach, if they are original there should be molded into the lens the letters "TYC"  followed by a number. that is the part number of the light which you can then google and find the exact replacement. it will be on the bottom of the lens which in yours is covered in dirt.
