Cool Actors "who ya got"

Wife and I saw The Bikeriders last night, movie about the Vandals bike gang.

Interesting.

Austin Butler was great...kind of had this James Dean coolness about him.

Strangely enough, I got to haul "Doc" out to the set on the very last day of shooting this film...

McQueen and Garner for sure. I'm more into old-school Westerns, so John Wayne, Clint Walker, Dale Robertson, Randolph Scott, James Arness, Lee Marvin, Robert Fuller. On and on.

Was having dinner at a Buca di Beppo and at the table next to us was this pair of elderly guys with their younger wives having dinner talking pretty loud telling stories.   I recognized one of the voices but couldn't figure it out. He kept going on and on about some story about Bobby.  I would glance over from time to time when their entire Table would explode laughing.  Then the other guy starts talking telling his side of the story again this time I defiantly knew the voice, it was Dr Bracket and the Bobby the story about was Robert Fuller, the guy telling the story was L.Q. Jones.   About this time our dinner was served, and they were just ordering. They continued to tell stories very loudly and every person in the restaurant was listening.  Talk about a couple cool old school guys just having a good time.  I don't think any of us at our table said another word the rest of the meal

I am a big old western fan also, this was a badass western with robert redford
