Colorado’s Supreme Court has declared Trump ineligible to be on the ballot sighting the 14th amendment. How many more states will now use their argument to pass it in their state.

The Games are going to be stepped up to keep him out of the election.  Nothing else has worked yet.  

 
This will be shot down by SCOTUS in short order. Funny, the Democrats claim they are protecting democracy by tearing down the election process and using the courts to eliminate their opponents! 

There are several blue states that have the same case pending, Soros is funding this effort.

 
So, he's being barred via the 16th Amendment due to the media accusing of committing an "insurrection"?  Has he been charged?  Found guilty?

I would honestly prefer him to not be in this election, but because no one voted for him, not because of Kangaroos in a court...

First off I think we need somebody like Trump more than ever, secondly that person cannot be Trump.  He needs to get out of the race he needs to get out of the way and allow somebody else give it a try because he is not going to get elected ever again.  If by some miracle he did get re-elected it would be four years of investigations , inquiry's and accusations, Only thing that would happen would be Executive Orders because nothing would happen on the hill but infighting and backstabbing. Then as soon as four years are up, it's back to the left even further than we are today. 

The guy needs to just write a book open a library and do speaking engagements and just lead from a rented podium. 

 
Just saw Biden on the news saying that it's self evident that Trump was an insurrectionist. That's rich coming from a guy that allows our country to be invaded day in and day out.

Trump needs to be reelected to finish what he started. It will cause the complete and utter meltdown of the left and we need that. I'm willing to bet there will be riots in every major city in the country, and I hope that the Trump administration presses charges against every single one of them.

That's if the election even happens. I seriously have my doubts. (If Trump's on the ticket)

Not that I disagree with you, but we're rapidly headed towards the danger zone on all of this.  There are very powerful people and entities that want this experiment called America to be over, and this would go a long way down that road.

 
Trump needs to learn from the dem's and lead like obama. put a puppet in place (I'm fine with vivek or desantis as long as they play ball) and just pull the strings from Mar-a-lago.  We need a shot caller; not a beta dog.

Plus side is he can pardon trump any time he wants for any bull-chit jay-walking charge from 2005 they want to throw at trump.  GOP needs to step up their chess game.......Checkers ain't gonna cut it in these days................

 
This is something I cannot believe and the word is 12 states including CA, OR and WA want to Follow this  - the constitution last time I looked says you are innocent until proven guilty.  Trump has not been convicted of anything except being better at everything than Old Joe. 

these people should be impeached and shame on Colorado for letting this happen  -  I would expect this action from a Banana republic

Unintended consequences.

I think it is yet another bump in support and not another nail in the coffin. These douchebags don't understand that every time they bastardize a the legal system in order to "get Trump" they have thousands of voters, who were not previously Trump supporters, waking up and realizing that they are batshit crazy and we actually need someone like him... for a guy that is effectively going to bring the end times if elected (per MSM), he's polling pretty fkin good.
