Well, its listed as a Gold Class ICAR shop. You earn that through education and customer service.

I’ve had good luck with Phil Thearles. Only made one mistake, but redid the job with zero fuss or argument, which is a very good sign to me.

Yep.  He came out and personally apologized for the screwup on my single fender repair (not a big job, and I rarely need collision repairs), so he's involved for sure.  He's fixed 4 cars for me over the years and the end result has always been perfect.
