Chilling, old meaning

I watched a thing last night about this awesome old dude and his wife living in the cold. They take steam showers once a week which means you walk into a super hot steam room. Then rinse with cold snow water. 

This morning doing random stuff i thought about them. Wonder how they would feel if someone bought them a trip to a casino. Go into the fancy shower and just stand there under the warm water. Could their senses even take all the noise and hustle bustle? 



 
Cold showers are better for your body they say, kick starts your body's self care and preservation attributes.

I end every shower with straight cold water and stand under the shower...feels awesome!

I also jump in my pool all months of the year. Earlier this month it was 50 degrees!

It really does feel awesome! But not too many people share me thought on that!
