It's crazy the prices of homes these days. It is what it is. This place is nice. Spent a ton of money getting it where it is today. Going to be sad to see it go. Right up to the point of the closing signature. Peace

 
I actually looked at it very seriously today. We have been considering fleeing California and that house fits the bill. Just too soon for me with too many moving pieces. Good luck with the sale.

@ChEFF would be a great guy to work with if you can come up with a timeline! its a beautiful and VERY convienent area to live......If you can get out of CA,   DO IT....any headache you endur now will be worth it once you get to a FREE STATE away from the CA :bs:
