Hey my fellow sand duners!

I need to redo a top end on my kids Blaster.

Who in the Phoenix valley would you recommend to do the bore that it will need?

2-stroke Blaster?

If so take the plastics and tank off. Pull the carb air box & pipe. Then it is 4 bolts. Your kid should be able to do that with supervision.

4-stroke, what part of town are you in?

Halls precision in Glendale did our 250R back in the day. I think they are still in business.

You are going to to get the cylinder bored then honed.  Just a hone isnt going to do it.  Tear down and rebuild process is easy peasy, just drop your cylinder off.

Can a person do that themselves,  w.a ball hone?

My bad. I should have said Bored.

The rebuild process is well within my abilities. so no problems there.

What part of the valley do you live in?  I use B&B Automotive Machine in Mesa.

Baileys in the east valley does all my work. But I would trust any shop that’s been around a while to do that!

or you could drop a banshee motor in it!!lol

We can do it, or I have new cylinders on the shelf if you don't want to mess with it.

Cooper/Guadalupe in Gilbert.
