I purchased these and needed the OTHER harness (upfitter lock-out) that works with a switch panel. This is the harness that is intended to be used without a switch panel. It has the toggle integrated (3 position: low/off/hi) with and relays and everything you need included, but you'd have to modify them to use with a switch panel.
Brand new, never wired up, everything included, works with a pair of LP6 or LP9 and I have two full harnesses that I do not need.

Too late to return them. My loss, yore gain. I'd take half of what they cost or consider trades for shit I probably don't need and will probably never use
