Arrest In Palisades Fire?

The more i hear about this story there are some many issues and eff ups its crazy.

Why did the idiot start the fire?
He had videos and searches of fires on his phone
Then he called 911 himself
Fire Department put out the fire
Fire department check the next day to ensure it was out
Then the fire ignited all by itself

All accurate. Called 911 to claim he's innocent because he called.
Fire department killed the flames, fire was damped down, but still
had burning embers .
Week later, wind came up, started the fire to flame up.

They have his GPS locations and time line from his phone.
They know he's the guy.
