Are YOU ok?

I'm still pissed about the Angel's trading Nolan Ryan....but thanks for asking....You NEVER know what battles people are fighting. We can all be the one to reach out to our friends and tell them, Hey I'm here and if you need or want to talk, I'm here for you....Don't leave it unsaid....just put it out there.
