Anyone have access to get a name or address from a phone #?

My Instagram got hacked and the guy texted me to my phone from his and it's a 213 area code. I guess it could be spoofed but I have dialed it and he texted back no calls.

have had this happen most of the time it is a phone number generator, a lot of time this is a overseas accounts hacking USA accounts,

i have a search tool i can use, but not sure what results i will get. when i search my personal cell i get my name and address, but im not sure what data base it pulls but worth a try. whats the number. can dm me if you dont want to put it on the thread
