Thinking about having a trailer built this off season to replace my Haulmark Race trailer. I love my current trailer as it has items in it I didnt know I needed when I bought it but now couldn't live without them.

My current trailer is 24' box with the 5' RV tongue.
Solid silver in color which happens to match my pusher (random)
3500 lb remote winch
Slide out insulated generator enclosure on the drivers side so it's not noisy in camp and easy to hook up to the bus. Love those little inverter gens. Sip gas and keep everything topped off with enough power to run 1 ac on those early and late trips.
Solar and 100amp battery.
98 opening
Torsion Axles
55 gallon drum mounted inside.

Here is the rub. I have been changing tires on my Monster cruiser 104" wide for 10 years and im over it. I think I can change my offset by an inch and maybe order new rims or have my cut down and get the car to be 102" My boys are now riding, so I need room for the quads and my chase them down and get them unstuck bike. Everything fits as it is now and if I moved the fuel drum outside onto the lounge it would free up much more room.

I am told there are a few places that will build 106 wide with a waver or something and a yearly permit, but just in the research stage now of what I need to build.

I built a IROK this year...106" wide with a 102" opening.....I've heard rumors of some builders going 108"

I had a 106” wide Intech built. Door is 101.5”. Others have built even wider Intech’s. Great trailers but spendy.

I did a hydraulic front jack, works 10 times better than the electric, also did a fuel station, but has the correct mounting, for example, it is a 10 gallon a minute, and to feed the pump is has a 1'' feed line from the tank to the pump, pump like a gas station,
