Anybody know this car?

I don’t know the car but it appears that the trailer is also included for the $62k.

it has a SBC motor in it, dont feel like that motor has any value to the car, they dont due well in the dunes,

What do you thing the trailer is worth 12K,

Still makes the car pretty high in price for a 2D with custom paint

Brodix 434 small block with a whipple lol, I bet it doesn’t suck that bad🤷🏻‍♂️

I'll sell you my mid-engine LS3 (510hp) Revo for $58.5k

Fresh trans rebuild, CVs serviced. Absolute turn key, needs nothing. Put gas in and go. Slot car handling, fast and ultra reliable. Used very little. Headsets, car-to-car, heated seats, doors, lighted whip, wing trunk, great condition.  I just don't have time to use it so would sell it. Located just outside of Portland OR. I have to go to SF Bay area soon and would be happy to bring that far and meet.

Curious as to why you think the SBC motor doesn’t do well in the dunes.

Couple reasons,  I have tried the deep pans and the marine pans, and it seems to still loose oil pressure when side hilling, and stage 3 Kennedy would wear out the trust bearing every year,  The SBC did not work for me, some might have better luck.

I got no dog in this fight, but that is a very high dollar SBC. If they went aftermarket AL block and $$$ heads, doubt they cheaped out on the oiling system.  The engine is built like a low compression (for the SC) world of outlaws sprint car motor.

We have had 3 motors with oiling and thrust issues, 2 where brodix blocks with mellings billet pump,  design of the system is just old,  The LS motor design is now 25 years old,  Dry sump on that motor will help,

But even the power will not be great,  The 26 degree head compared to a 15 degree LS head is night and day,  on the same LS motor 15 Degree heads to a 11 degree can add over 120hp at the crank natural,

Then the Blower on a SBC snout going to be hard on the front bearing, and then you have a hump seal with the oil pan, so be surprised if the cover never leak a little,

I just pulled a Dart BB with Brodix heads Jessel rockers fuel injection with a motec and got 10K for the motor,  that motor was 40K from Redline and no one wanted the car with the BBC,

Then I would call Doug Fortin and run the serial number on the trans, if it needs a update or parts it might be the same price to update or repair the trans as a S4 would cost,

Good car but i feel the having a SBC with a H pattern car is at $43K.   I might be way out in left field but i thing most people want a LS motor if you try to sell it,

So, I do not know ls motors. How is the thrust contained on them?

Not to High Jack your thread but there seems to be a lot of knowledgeable AlumiCraft people on here. How do you tell if it’s an actual AlumiCraft?  What are the key things to look for?

Not sure, friend has 2 of their cars. One 4-seater and one 2 seat mid-engine. All I know for sure is I'm too old and not "bendy enough" to get in and out of the mid-engine without lubricant. Almost everyone I know who has ridden in the car says the same thing. Maybe his is just one off, it is a ls7 with a huffer on it.
