Car accident over the weekend other drivers fault, all passengers went to hospital with minor-ish injuries.  I have never dealt with an ambulance chaser, and i am very hesitant to.

2005 I was rear-ended on the 57 fwy in Anaheim...car drove under my truck. Effed up my shoulder, totalled my truck!

I called Morey and Upton Law offices in Costa Mesa...they handled everything. It's a long process...but all my dr. bills were taken care of, chiropractor, physical therapy and in the end needed surgery. Nothing out of pocket...

Not sure where you are located.

Im in AZ

Not looking for a payday, just hospital bills paid for by other drivers insurance.

Do you have reason to believe the other driver will deny fault or their insurance won't pay?

not yet, was told at scene by officer the other driver admitted running the red light.  Just never dealt with this kind of mess and my mom, mother in law and wife were slightly injured and had to go to ER for review.  The report is not available yet

latin lover said one time dbarts been rear ended more times than a crash up derby, i didn't think this was what he was referring to!!!!!!

If the other driver admitted to running a red light and caused the accident I would be looking for some pain, suffering, and inconvenience $$.

While ago, I was in an accident I had a green light and the other person a red light the insurance split the fault. Both of us had Geico.....I still don't understand how that happened.

In a parking lot, a guy backed into me, he was coming backing out of a parking spot and both had geico and they split fault...... ( I get that as it's a parking lot, still not happy about it)

Recently I rear ended a car (I, know always the person in the backs fault...). The lady admitted the turn comes up to fast and she almost always misses it till the last second. When I told the insurance that not only  (which shouldn't be reason enough) that, she had no working brake lights (she didn't, which is about the only thing that can get fault split or reversed). Well they didn't care to check on that and SWEET JAMES came along and I saw where she got $105,000. She was fine at the scene, car was a early 2000's mustang, already beat up..........

To me it's a moral thing and sounds like it is also to the OP.

Everyone takes more than deserved so everyone has to pay more.

If insurance companies are just going to hand out money and pass it along, what are you suppose to do???

Also

Seriously, advertising hundreds of dollars back if you get a new windshield through insurance. How is that not fraud out in the wide open???????????????

yeah not looking to get rich just taken care of our bills and make sure my girls are ok health wise.

But you do have a point as other milk the system and make our rates higher, which tempts even the honest person to jump on that train and get a payday since everyone else is.

Years ago I had a drunk run into the back of my Nissan.  My neck and shoulder got jacked and my truck was totaled. My buddy sitting in the passenger seat hurt his little finger.

I did the Goldburg and Osborne, went to a Dr/ Physical Therapy after I was released by the Dr they paid $15K, Dr got 5K, Lawyer got $5K, I got $5K for pain and suffering.

My buddy who was sitting in the passenger seat who cut his little finger they settled with him for $7K no lawyer.

I would wait to talk to the other persons insurance company before you Lawyer up.  If they are willing to pay up and you're not asking for more than he was insured for, It will save you at least a third.
