I flew into Tulsa on Tuesday and picked up another 97 Heritage Springer that's going to the Phillipines. Rode Hwy 40 with various detours on Route 66 for some photo Ops.

Spent the night in Amarillo. I always seem to arrive there by evening and not morning. Just once I want to able to say "Amarillo by morning "
Anyway, stopped by Cadillac Ranch. Have to say it wasn't what I was expecting. Cars have been spray painted so much I wouldn't even know they were Cadillac except for the name of the place. I actually liked Cadillac Ranch RV Park better. My GPS took me there by accident. Lol

Nothing to see in New Mexico other than the sign. Kept on riding. Spent the night in Holbrook AZ. Had to Hit Winslow in the morning. I didn't realize it's the hub for the BNSF railroad. They have a cool little set up for it.20260325_092252.jpg20260325_171615.jpg20260326_092853.jpg20260326_092917.jpg20260326_092943.jpg20260326_093032.jpg

Last but not least was Oatman. I have always wanted to check it out but never had the chance. So glad I was able to check it off the list. Very cool place. Thank god they have warning signs for Donkeys on the ride in. They are everywhere just standing in the middle of the road. I was a little nervous the bike might spook them and charge me. I guess they are so used to it, they didn't even flinch. Nothing to see after that. Rode to Barstow for the night and home yesterday. Overall a great trip.

I think someone figured out why old AZ is rad...

Next time you'll need to venture further south.
