I wish I could have done that when I worked retail.  They were like.... "it's insured let them go, oh and if you confront someone, your fired." 10 minutes later... "your shrinkage is higher than average, what slis wrong with your employees,  they must be stealing"...

When I was 18 I was the manager of Cycle Parts West. Some low life came in and stole a leather riding jacket. I chased his crack addict azz 10 blocks til the cops showed up. Got the jacket back and the owner said to never do that again! Maybe what I did was wrong for retail, but not on my watch homie!
