AC replacement in AZ North North West valley Circle City area, know any contractors there?

I have a co worker that Lives ihn Circle City and is having a hard time finding a AC guy to come out and replace his rooftop package unit. He can get a unit at a good price but he cant find anyone to come out to do the work or find a crane.  Any leads?

I use McMillin Air, but not sure his policy on using customer provided equipment. 

The local crane truck is J&L, I believe.
