A ticket w/no seat....wtf

I'm flying next month to the dunes. I normally drive, I hate flying.

I buy my dern ticket and then go into another page and pick my seat. The cheapest seat is $15. Altogether it is 95 bucks (4 planes total).....I pay for the flight and it doesn't include a seat....I couldn't make that up.

New Years when I came back...I paid $35 to sit by the exit and had to agree to work for them (open the exit and assist w/off-loading in an emergency). I couldn't make that up either.

One trip years ago on SW my coworker grabbed the snack cart from the flight attendant and went up and down the aisle with it. We got free cocktails the rest of the flight. Fair trade. LOL

They are happy to fly you there.... but if you want to be comfortable...that's extra $$
