Hello, here is my well-equipped custom-built universal trailer. This was built light to tow behind my gas RV for long holiday weekends and to tow with my Tundra for quick couple of days’ trips with the boys. Plans have changed, and now I’m moving in a different direction.

-Dimensions: Box dimensions 102" x 22" x 7" with 96" between drive-over fenders; 4.5-foot RV tongue to prevent jackknifing
-Electric Tongue Jack: Set back so you can open the truck tailgate when hitched or place a generator on top
-Matching spare under mounted
-Fresh Water: 100 gallons w/ RV transfer pump to transfer into your RV or shower in the trailer.
-6 Gallon Hot water heater LP
-Holding Tanks: Two tanks (black and gray)
-Gas Tank: 50-gallon capacity
-Battery: 200 AMP-HR lithium
-Solar Power: 400 watts
-Solar Controller and Charger: Bluetooth monitoring
-Inverter: 2000w
-all outlets run to inverter
-4 corner outlets inside trailer and some
-Smart Lithium Charger
-Air Conditioning: Dometic Penguin II High Capacity with Heat Pump (15,000 BTU/h; power heater with generator or shore power)
-SmartStart: For Penguin II Electronic Air Conditioner, allows running AC unit off one Honda 2000 generator
-Heating: Second source of heat from Dometic Furnace (40,000 BTU, uses LP gas)
-Refrigerator: Dometic Americana, powered three ways (AC, LP, or DC)
-Stove: Two gas burners with range
-BBQ Connection: Quick connect LP for Blackstone or Weber (both adapters included)
-Smart Samsung tv swivel mount
-Kitchen Sink: Deep with wooden sink cover to maximize countertop space
-Underbelly Protection
-Leveling: 4 corner HD leveling jacks to level they can even lift trailer off the ground for tire change.
