oil cooler is out at 60k, ok we buy the dorman, replace it along with plugs, coils, pvc, complete oil cooler set up, felpro gaskets etc. this was 2-3 weeks ago, he doesn't drive it much but said he was seeing small drops of oil. we thought as bad as his was leaking (entire valley full of oil and all under the bottom side of jk).

fast forward to yesterday his brother brings his over (2013 jk) same issue, we do the same exact job again on his.

on the 14 we pull it all down again after we did the brothers 2013, and dont' find much but a little oil in the back, put dye in system prior to tearing it down, so we know it has to be the point of the leak. everything looks fine though.

dorman part is all aluminum and seems to be the go to part by most every video/forum out there for repairing this huge issue.

any suggestions? he drove it home 2 hours, got home and has oil and now coolant leaking. I think he has an lower intake crack somewhere we aren't seeing. We saw nothing out of the ordinary that would lead us to the culprit. New oil cooler, fel pro gaskets, fel pro again last night.

this things driving me crazy, videos' ive seen said no call backs on the dormans and jeeplab has done prob 100 of them. but man i am not sure where to turn.

when pulling the cooler out last night, all the seals on the bottom of the cooler seemed fine, no tears, wrinkles etc.
