2010 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QTH with four slide-outs and all the upgrades. Plus we have added exterior speakers from dash stereo. We purchased NEW (1 owner) and it has been garaged so in very good condition. Tires are 8y old, but look new - this unit on a lot would be $150k

Currently garaged in Mohave Valley, AZ, this 2010 Phaeton (By Tiffin) 40 QTH is ready for an adventure.

This Phaeton is powered by a Cummins ISC 8.3L engine with a Freightliner Chassis (LOW 52,700 miles).

The living area has plenty of seating, with a sleeper sofa, a reclining chair, and a dinette with a table and chairs.

The kitchen has a residential-size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel sink, stove, convection microwave, solid surface countertops, and plenty of drawers and cabinet storage!

The bedroom has a newer King bed and wash/dryer stackable unit.

Very nice ride.  What is the overall height?  Or should I ask, what is the height of the garage door required to clear entrance?

 
Made in an era when quality still meant something. Nice rig for sure.

 
No DEF, 53k miles and price drop to $105k.

16' garage doors -- standard height for RV -- there are 2 sat dishes on top, but the HD folds down automatically..

 
Great bus and price!  I just sold my Monaco and moved over to a Tiffin and love it.

 
This hasn't sold yet? That's a great price for a great quality motorhome, and it looks like it's in great shape! If I didn't have a 2018 Tiffin, I would seriously be considering it. I've been trying to talk a family member into it.
