Posting for my brother. Trailer located in Fontana.  Well used not abused. Has aluminum drive over wheel wells, onan 5500 with 715 hours. Dual power queens in rear, captain chairs, etc. Has a receiver hitch added to the rear.

Tires are from 2016 but no cracks, awning beginning to crack a bit, has the usual dings and scratches inside and out from use but nothing major. Not a show queen but in decent overall condition.

No idea of what this is worth but asking 20k. Let me know if he is in the ball park or not.

Will throw in the BW companion slider hitch if asking price is met. Will not include the under bed mount kit. Hitch has been used twice. (Had a pull-rite before)

Here are some pics. More pics on request.

* kid, quads and rail not included in sale.

@acefuture was looking for one?
Thanks! We are definitely in the market. But we are looking to do a complete renovation on one, so looking in the $10k range. I have a line on one for even cheaper but it needs a lot of work. While this one isn't out of the ballpark of the current market, it's out of my price range. GLWTS though!

i paid 17500 for my 2009 just about 1 year ago, and mine was not in as good of condition as yours is based on the pics. on the facebook WW group alot of these are going up around 23k if everything is in working order as it should be. and you are including the hitch, i paid $900 for my BW patriot sliding hitch. if you are looking for a faster sale 20k is a great number but very possible you could get a little more out of it. the drive over fenders are a good bonus, mine does not have that. wall sag was an issue with these and alot of people want to know if the upgrade to fix that has been done, even if the trailer has sag or not.

If I was in the market for a trailer, I would be all over this.  Even if it doesn't have the wall sag fix.  You can still have that done and be way ahead versus buying a newer model, all the kinks have been worked out.

Thanks for all the feedback and opinions.

price is pretty firm and glad to know it’s considered “ a smoking deal” by some of you

BTW this has not had the wall support mod done as far as I know it doesn’t need it.

toys were not stored inside for extended periods they were loaded up before trips

dont know if keeping a constant load on the floor is a contributing factor or not or if it’s just the the weight of the walls….????

only “issue” I am aware of is the swelling fuel transfer pump gears for the aux tank. At some point he replaced the pump with a blue devil? But sometimes when it’s hot outside you have to loosen the bolts on the pump housing to free them up.

also, he is the original owner and pretty anal about his stuff

Bump it up. Nice Christmas present for the family.
