Finally selling after no use for years - about 16.
10 or so years ago, one of my son's friends was going to "get it running" when I was working out of town. Luckily I caught on before they ever got far and tried to start it - but not before they messed up the carb enough that it's not able to be rebuilt.
So, went looking for a new carb to replace this one. Didn't think it was going to be a big deal until realizing all the aftermarket carbs do not allow for the TPS on the 2005.
OEM carb is anywhere from 650 to more than 800 at the dealer.
I'm reading some older threads on a suzuki forum that people are just running them without the TPS connected and it's fine?
Any one of you have any info?
TIA!
