17" Douglas bead lock wheels

I have a set of 17" -  3" back spacing  Douglas bead lock wheels. Rings and all hardware included. One of the wheels has a couple weld repairs on the inside of the wheel.

I purchased new wheels, and these are just sitting around BEST OFFFER.

Where are they welded? I can't seem to find it in the pictures?
