16.50x15 dunesports

I was given a pair of 16.50x15 dunesports.

I noticed they are a taller tire than my 14.50's.

Is there any reason I wouldn't want to use them on a subi/2d car? 

Will they cause too much traction?  

Pros/cons?

probably too much traction for a 2d 4 cylinder

are they #2 cut?  i would be interested in buying them, send me a PM  whats the date code?
