002 Fluid Level

When checking/filling oil level in my 002, should it be level with the bottom of the inspection hole? or a certain level below that?

Recommended oil weight? I can't remember what Rich told me after rebuilding it a couple years ago

On mine, and I was doing an oil change, I simply put in 4 QTS & called it done (assuming no pumps, tanks, coolers).  I am using the Kendall right now, but just bought some of the Maxima for the next oil change this coming off season.

Fill till it spills out of the side inspection plug. 80-140 Kendall is what I have always used.
