We have a circulation pump in our house. Instant hot water is super nice. With the pump off it can take 2 or so minutes for hot water to reach the kitchen sink. 2-3 seconds with it running.

I'd love to grab it for myself, but sadly I do not think my lil ole 6.2 F350 would be too happy with that decision.

My Rzr is AZ street plated and also off road stickered. I assume I just need a use permit and do not need the non-resident pass? Where is the best place to buy a use permit for those coming from AZ these days?

Trailer. Nothing more expensive than a cheap toy hauler. Fuel leaks, water leaks, and so on.
