    Generators what do you like

I liked it a lot. It’s portable but I’m strong. I can put it in the back of my truck. My wife who works out every day can’t lift it very high. It’s quieter than the predators. It has a setting to run itself out of gas for long term storage too.

1 3/4” socket. Ya 300m too. It’s my spare to get rolling because it will only fit in that unit bearing now.

    Rear hub upgrade

Ya we’re in this together then. I don’t mind spending the money to have the right stuff. It looks to be an ordeal to get the 3.9 bearings. The rebuildable Kartek ones I haven’t heard good things about and they are like 600$ a pop. I already have 33 spline stubs. But I have twisted one with less...

    Rear hub upgrade

I’m running micro stubs now with the smaller bearing and 36” paddles. I drive accordingly but wear through bearings a season. So I’d like to stop doing all of that and just have the right stuff on the car.

    Rear hub upgrade

I’m looking to get rid of my rear micro stub set up and go with a mid board or outboard set up. I’ve been looking at the gear one, Tatum and Jamar kits. The Jamar is an outboard set up while the gear one and Tatum set are mid board. Anyone have any reviews or comments or something that has...

    Generators what do you like

I have the 5k with the wheel kit. It’s okay I’m soft sand but still needs to be muscled around. I like that I can put my motorhome charger on a higher amperage and charge easily.

My Wen 3800 was pretty quiet. The predators are definitely louder.

    Help needed evaluating sand rail

Follow the wires back from the fuel pump. Could be a fuse or a relay. If those are hard to get to I use a jumper from the battery positive to the fuel pump positive just to see if you can get the fuel pump to kick on.

What size winch for enclosed trailer and sandcar.

I’ve used a 3500lb winch with no issues. And I’ve used a 5k with no issues. The steeper your ramp the higher the rating you would want.

Mounting of paddles on narrow wheel

It can be done. It is a pain and will take a few people and some longer beadlock bolts to get started.

Sand Car Electrical Panels, Distribution and Harnesses

If you’re going to use the spod to turn on a bus bar you need to make sure whatever you have connected to that bus bar doesn’t exceed the current rating of the switch port you’re gonna use. Or use the spod ignition on to trigger a relay that then can handle the current.

Sand Car Electrical Panels, Distribution and Harnesses

You would use the same ground that triggers the relay to trigger the msd box. Think of the msd box as the relay. For the lights. You can attach whatever you want to one “port” as long as you don’t exceed the amp rating of said port. So if it’s rated at 25amps you could 4 lights of it.
