    If you really want them, this would be the place to put them in my opinion. No "dead" tubing in this space, and additional cross and lateral bracing tubing is located ajacent just below.     Make sure there is fuel in it... not being an ass, but too many people stall, peer into the tank and see fuel but at an angle or depending on where the pickup is jumped, you might not be able to pick it up. Put a couple gallons in it if you have a runner available and try again. No success...
