If you're in a storage lot, you just need for your trailer to be harder to get then the guy next to you. Cable around the wheels, a hitch lock and another covering the bottom of the receiver and they will look at the next guy.

Yes there is enough stuff in Buckeye to make it so you wouldn't have to drive into town. It is also close enough to town that when you do have to go you just work around traffic times. That being said I also see you more of a rural guy and you should be able to find some stuff out that way.
