Smallest toy hauler that would still fit a Funco Gen4.

Very interesting trailer and different than others out there. I like the tracks and how modular it is. Not sure we could live with the front bedroom being that small especially if we were traveling and living in it for a month or two. Pretty cool. And a bumper pull as well. 7600 lbs trailer with...

Thinking I don't want to pull a big 40' plus heavy trailer even with a 3500 duramax single rear wheel truck. Don't want a dually for sure. I actually like the LE3505 being 35' and much lighter. I would have no problem doing some updates to a 19 year old trailer. With that said they do seem...

I would definitely keep the stock tire size on whatever I buy.

So using the trailer in the previous post as an example. Let say I load it up to the max weight of 18,000 lbs. Really like the newer Chevy Silverados 3500 with the Duramax. 5th wheel capacity says 21,300 lbs for a single rear tire. Watched a few videos of these trucks this weekend and seem very...

So dumb question. This unit look pretty nice for $50k. I personally like wood grain vs gray and white like a lot of these things have. This is a link to the specs on that unit. Payload capacity is 4571 lbs. I assume that is not counting fresh water in the tank. Buggy is 2500 lbs. I would want...

That thing looks super nice! Keep upping the size and weight and have to figure out where to stop. 46' long and 16k lbs dry. Thing is a beast. Thinkin I want to stay at 40-42' max. Not sure if even that is to big to travel and some of the campgrounds.

Another link to I think the same trailer. Says 14431 dry weight. https://www.rvworldyuma.com/inventory/?/listing/for-sale/235931527/2019-forest-river-xlr-thunderbolt-341amp-fifth-wheel-toy-haulers?dlr=1&dscompanyid=8788&settingscrmid=803821

So far looking online and not walking through any trailers yet I like this model the best. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/730509206299772/?ref=search&referral_code=null&referral_story_type=post&tracking=browse_serp%3A848aa235-a0f3-4b56-8c4f-f2d1c2261284 How is this brand? I would buy...

Interesting comparing 2500 to 3500. Not as much difference as I thought. Of course the 3500 trucks are more money. Not sure I have seen a 2500 max tow for sale.

AI Overview +6 A 2006 Chevy Duramax truck, specifically a Silverado 2500HD, typically has a towing capacity ranging from 12,000 to 18,100 pounds, depending on whether you're using a conventional trailer or a fifth-wheel/gooseneck setup. When equipped with the 6.6-liter Duramax V8, these...

I know a lot of people do it but how much is reasonable and what you can get away with? Or do you just flat out weigh everything and make sure you're not going 1 lb over. Example right now is I'm looking at an '06-07 Duramax single rear wheel crew cab 2500 truck. Would like to put a toy hauler...

So I have a question. I really like the 06-07 Duramax diesel trucks. My dad had special ordered one in yellow. I know where that truck is and I'm considering trying to call and buy it back. (I doubt he would sell it but worth a try) With that said what I'm fighting is tow rating is 12,000 lb...

For those of you retired but not on Medicare yet. Where are you getting your health insurance?

That is cheap. I could easily live with that. Wife works for a large corporation now and I had not thought to ask if she could take insurance with or continue it. I was thinking that was not an option. Guess I need to ask about that.

Not even sure where to start with this. Curious where you guys are getting your health insurance. Rough idea what you are spending and some of the ins and outs to look for.

Car shows what do you like?

Back before the crash we had a really good thread on car shows. Three of my favorites are still iron resurrection, bitchin rides, and Derek vice grip garage whether on TV or youtube. Brian lohnes the nhra drag race announcer has a really good YouTube channel with lots of great vintage drag...
