Stick with what you know. I'm sure a part time pressure washing gig would be pretty lucrative. Maybe add a chemical routine like "soft wash". Areas like this that have high precipitation get organic growth (mold/mildew) on nearly all external surfaces, and most view it as ugly/dirty.

It would've had to shear that long bolt first. I'll bet the bend line in it matches up with the lower part of the knuckle just below the snout line. It probably bent because the knuckle cracked and was just trying to hold the whole show together.
