My cousin and his family were evacuated from Sierra Madre...they were able to go back yesterday where they found that their home was still safe. They got some things and hosed the house down. Not sure what the status is...I just reached out to him.

There was a traffic jam and they were told by authorities to leave their cars...They were not just abandoned. There was no way they were driving out of there. Fire coming, do you stay in your car and go no where or GTFO...I would choose GTFO! 🍻

New Years came and went as fast as I thought. Wife and I were home by 10:30, watched the rest of Trading Places, prepared the cats for the Fireworks to come as they freak out when they go off. As soon as the movie ended I put it on ch 5 for the countdown to midnight then jumped in the pool. Nice...
