The rear upper shock mount bolts have nylon locknuts while the trailing arm shock mount bolts have prevailing torque / Stover lock nuts on my sandcar. Is there any reason that one was used instead of the other for the upper or lower shock mounts? 

Both wheels have a flat spot (prior owner) , one is more noticeable than the other. I couldn’t feel any thumpity thumpity but you can see it plain as day watching the wheels go around. Is there anything wrong with placing the lower mount off the same tube the that the tray was on like in this picture? The mounts has not arrived yet so I taped a cardboard copy for the picture.

Is axle freeplay correctly measured with the suspension drooped all the way or with the hubs in line horizontally with the trans or both? At full droop I have 11/16” on one side and 1-1/8” on the other side of in out freeplay. Is that in the normal range or excessive? 

What are some good brands of beadlock wheels? I'd like to buy some good ones but am not on an unlimited budget. Are there any brands to stay away from or have been known to be so so quality? Will be fronts and wide 5 pattern. Thanks
