Fuel pump is hooked up to the MSD sold state relay. Holley controls the MSD Fan#1, Fan#2, and Fuel Pump via negative ground triggers. Holley primes fuel pump for 5 seconds on key on, or if you're cranking. If the engine stops for any reason so does the Fuel pump.

switch pros and MSD is the way to go. Easy to install and clean. I have a large manual reset breaker for the power steering and two blade fuses for the intercom and radio. No relays left.

Old pictures but you can get the idea.  It's a flat plate screwed to the door.  round tube that works like a gate lock. And round bar that supports the weight and slides into the round tube.  Mine will go out almost 10 inches, but I only go 6.  Hope this helps.
