    There was a similar incident that happened in a high tech area up here (silicon Forest), A bunch of Karen's used an ICE tracker app to locate a nearby ICE action. They boxed in the ICE vehicles with their suv's and jumped out and aggressively approached an ICE vehicles and demanded (screaming)...
