I used to take 1mg of Xanax per night to help me sleep for about 15 years. About 2-3 years ago all the doctors stopped prescribing it. We'd all like to sleep without 'sleep aids' but sometimes you need them. Maybe try Lunesta or Ambien. abc

I've had a CPAP for 15 years.. took me only 3 days to get used to it.... you MUST learn to deal with it,.. it's just air but it's a life saver/game changer.. once you're on it, you'll never let go. Trust me, works. abc

CPAP (get used to it.... will save your life).. a little TRT and you'll be golden. Trust this from someone who does this. abc
