    Completely disagree. Public land is public land, not strictly for those with enough wealth and leisure time (and the downright nerve and arrogance) to homestead it for themselves.  It’s that arrogance and narcissism that would result in a reservation system more than anything else.

    Right on the money, great post! The "Elite" believe that what is public land actually belongs to them as some sort of birthright.  To then turn around and condemn those who are trying to force Johnny Law to enforce the actual law is a real special type of hypocrisy.
