Fun times! Pool party came out great. For food, instead of BBQ (so I could swim more), we did a nacho bar. Only thing I BBQ'ed was Carne Asada and 72 Jalapeño poppers.

Were you out a Pacifica High School in Garden Grove a year and a half ago? We did some soil cement work on new gym and pool.

I got some pork ribs going this morning at 6am to go with the rest I'm making.

Today I am preparing Pork Butt for pulled pork tomorrows pool party. Easy to cook overnight and shred today. It will go great with the homemade Cole slaw.

Made a couple meatloafs. One with mushroom coating, and one with a ketchup coating. Turned out good. Makes great sandwiches.

I am up in the hills so I'm expecting to see things in the pool, but have only had pool for 2 years now.

I just bought one of those frog log things. Give it a try. The frogs seem to enjoy the pool.

I get gophers and field mice at times, but I hate to see some of the nice lizards we have around here find their way in the pool. What have you had to fetch out of yours?
