If he does see it, what does it accomplish? Make the guy feel bad or get mad. Why? Who knows maybe his life is going great and why he’s not here, or maybe he’s going through a tough time and he comes on here to get away from his troubles for a few minutes and then see’s people putting him down.

I say move on, life’s short and make it the best you can and help others up, not push them down to make yourself look or feel better.
When a man says things, he owns them. When you missed the mark on something, you admit it.

Debates on here are spicy, but at the end of the day it's a community. I have no problem with continuing debates with the feller. Hell, you called me dumb for doubting RG's "Production Finalized" back in 2021, yet here we are discussing things like grown ass men.

That last statement you made actually has nothing to do with our replies. No one that is coming at this (the same way I am) is making ANY attempt at making ourselves look better. That's a waste of time.

We had our doubts on Robby Gordon's success in 2019. Steve had HEAVY criticisms of our doubts before even one car was even built. Made sure to make that VERY clear.

As time went on, it turned out most of the doubters were spot on or the situation was worse than we claimed.

And here we are, being labeled "Bullies"... because we were right. Amazing.

No dirty britches, very regular track after consumption
I bought all 3 flavors of the junk back when it came out from the Beach Store. I was so disappointed. Orange was the only one I could palate but still didn't finish it. Just another RG scam. As I recall in came out after Monster and RG spill ways.

From what I heard he started the Speed Energy drink because neither Red Bull or Monster would sponsor him. So he started his own energy drink to "Show Them"
Not true. He had another full year on his Monster contract with a 2 year extension if both parties agreed. Just like what happens in most of RG’s business’s is he’s sees someone else doing it, making tons of money and thinks, I should do it and make tons of money for myself! Speed Energy was never going to be as big as Red Bull. But RG thought maybe I can get a 10% marketshare and that will set me for life and I can do or race anything I want with that money.

He was still under Monster Energy contract when he started “Speed Factory TV” on his NASCAR. This was the soft launch of Speed Energy. He got the logos, the orange color and was promoting the Speed brand, on a global nascar stage all while behind the scenes preparing to build his energy drink brand. When Monster found out, a course they were not good with it, and Robby ended his contract with them to pursue his own brand. This all happened a few months before his Dakar stuff was shipping. So they had to wrap everything in Speed Energy as the Monster deal was over.

Robby was one of Red Bulls first athletes, might have been the first American athlete? Then when his contract was coming to an end, he saw Monster and got them to sponsor him and being an American brand and the more “tough bad ass” image vs Red Bull it was a great fit with the desert, nascar and Dakar. His Monster deal was much bigger than his Red Bull deal by allot! So it was a good move. Again I think Robby was one of Monster more high profile athletes. So eventually he’s seeing all the money these drink brands are making and he’s seen how this business operates and thinks, I can do this too. Biggest hurdle he could not control was buying the store shelf space. That’s why Speed Energy never took off was he was an independent, and as an independent your not going to get shelf space in the major chains. He needed partner or give a percentage of the company to brands like PepsiCo or Frito-Lay as they control the shelf spaces. But Robby being Robby is not going to be content with 20% of the company, he wants it all. Imagine owning 20% or even 5% of a brand like Monster or Rockstar.

That could be true and I'm not saying its not. I know quite a few people in both two wheel and four wheel racing from my previous job's. I worked with a guy that RG was at his wedding and knew him and the family really well. Even the guys dad raced with RG's dad back in the day. So my sources may be wrong but I trust them.

Ego and hubris are a hell of a drug.

Every business RG has gotten into has fizzled out! Name one business venture he was successful at. They all end up in fights and lawsuits. The energy drink was an epic failure.

It's amazing how jealous you guys are of him. Can't stop talking about him. I bet a few of you have RG tramp stamps.
