Seems like the "register car in Montana to avoid sales tax" thing is used by lots of people, including MANY in Glamis. Probably just trying to make an example out of him. I bet the content he generates from this will easily cover his legal fees and any penalties.

Yeah. Assuming it's for the Ferrari, I'm not even sure how long it spent in TN as it burned down in TX during the first episode of the durability test.

Probably more than not. Reality TV, including YT are "Scripted". Conflict draws views. Views draw payment. Consider the entire "Arrest" was staged. What then? I need to leave OnlyFans and move to YT.

He has stated it is specifically for the Ferrari and the sales tax on it. That said, it can be hard to decipher if what he says is real or not :)
 
A castration/lobotomy combo is the only real solution here.
As far as the castration part goes, it might be too late if he's already reproduced but at least it would prevent any further offspring.

I assume it's more like $4k, but still. It's a crazy amount. Could've just sent a letter, not 6 cops.

So yeah, either staged (which is weird), or the state thinks they can get him this time (he's trolled the state a couple of times).

something to do with his company being set up thru montana and running the car thru there if i understood it right
 
curious how this will play out the way i understand it is that you create a LLC in montana and the LLC owns the car and registers it and he is the only share holder . people open company's in other states all the time for many reasons weather lower tax lower insurance premiums etc. this is very similar to how large trucking company's reg their stuff in different states for permaniate plate and lower reg fees.
