Came down too fast to stay the intended path...crossed a Ridge to the unknown and hit a double, then stuffed it in an eye...ate a big Ole plate handlebar. Bent the steering stem even, lucky was not worse TBH. Sun blinding part of the day...we were headed back for lunch.

We had a great trip, couple things to fix on the quad and will be back...with a little more experience haha 😄

When we were pulling in...you guys literally were just leaving that valley.....unless there was another couple riding ATCs. It was you guys no doubts.

My shoulder is fucked up and my neck.. I am giving it another day before I go for x rays.

Lots of stories from this weekend. Things broke, things got fixed, more things broke, lots of alcohol consumed. Nobody got hurt... Great trip!

Missed the ceremony due to a break in my BOL buggy, but we were there in spirit.

Wash 6 cleared out early Sunday, so we decided to stay and enjoy the day before heading back to reality.

Why wait? Go see the Dr. and have it confirmed and fixed or get the ok and be sore.

I don't get the I'm gonna wait and see mentality. We packed up, drove home (3hrs) and then I took my son to ER (Urgent Care closed) and sat for 2 hrs...just get it done.

BTW....what is the glue folks use...I need some glue to fix (Stitch) this stuff at camp next time...LOL

Superglue.

They now put it in some First Aid kits, I have some in my desk.

I wouldn't do that.

Back in 1994 I broke my wrist and my brother decided to go have dinner with my Mom and leave me at my buddies house, sleeping. He picked me up that night (late) and took me to Urgent Care the next day. They took Xrays and then this happened:

Doctor: "Who brought him here, he's obviously too young to drive?".

My brother: "Me."

Doctor: "Why did you wait a day?!"

My brother: "We didn't think it was broken (I fucking knew it was) and figured we'd 'wait and see'".

Doctor: "Well, YOU get to hold him down while we RE-BREAK his wrist and set it right! Good job!"

My brother: ":oops::sick:"

It took six people to hold me down. One being my brother, 6' 8", 280 lbs at the time and five other big motherfuckers. The worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. A shattered Tibia and torn ACL didn't even compare.

Of course, I ran my mouth as the Doc was as I saw it, "taking his time" to set the break/bone. Then he wiggled it around a bit, asked how that felt and I shut the fuck up. Tom almost passed out. All of the pain was almost worth the looks on his face. "Almost".

Go to the Doctor. Seriously... don't fuck around.
