Is vendors open yet or do they wait till Camp RZR to?
 
Not last Sunday but the Sunday prior they were setting up.
 
Believe that Daddy's will be open this weekend, maybe a few more
 
We were going to get a vendor spot for halloween and veterans (and beyond) but the lady that is handling the new BLM spots is on furlough due to the government shut down.. So kinda dead in the water right now?

If you are in the vendors area you don't need a permit from the BLM. Contact the store. They own the vendor property. If you are outside the vendor area then yes you need to work with the BLM.

I was told that was all sold out.. But the BLM had new vendor spots next door they were opening up?
