these were police chases where most of the guys got away. what happens the next day if they have a lic plate number and then a residences' address?
some chases of up to 160/170 mph!
 
The challenge of identifying the driver becomes the problem.

Better to "cooperate" and have a great alibi lined up, something "confirmable".
 
As was stated, driver identification is the primary issue at hand and the secondary is obviously a lot of people don't update their address on their registration etc. So locating them is always a challenge as well. . Did you have a more specific question?

i only see the chase and the get away from the video, just wondered how far they would go to "go to the persons home" etc i just never hear the aftermath
 
Yep. If they can't confirm the driver, they can't confirm the foul.

Unless you are in Havasu then they just kinda make shit up as they go along..

i got to take my journey through the jungle of our legal system last year for a bunch of shit I wasn’t even present for.. meaning I wasn’t even in the car when it happened.

I just happened to own the car.

For those saying there’s static later, I will say my experience with that was different. Expensively different.
