But yes, too often are people worried about the suspects rights and yes everyone is entitled to a fair trial!
However, in this case where it is on video, 100% validation of this guy, there should be the shortest trial in history!
Any lawyer that defends him as to say he needs a chance, I say they need to be thrown in jail!
The only thing this douchebags lawyer needs to say is, yep he's guilty, sorry Charlie...nothing I can do for you!

But NFW I’m giving up one of the Bill of Rights, let alone 3 of them, even if it means we waste time on scumbags like this.
 
He will claim mental illness and be set free by the good people of Charlette ........ F them all. So tired of the judges,DA's and representatives giving a pass to criminals... can't wait to get the F out of CA.... hopefully Idaho is better, but shit they let that freak live that killed those kids..... One thing that hit me hard beyond the actual evil act this scumbag committed was that no one moved a muscle to help this poor woman, even after this cowardly scumbag walked away!!!!
Our society is in the toilet and I'm not sure that we can recover from the depths we have sank to!
 
For years rode the trains to work and back home. Still rode the trains until the County pulled security.

No longer.
Full of slimeballs with very little occasional security.
When the jails clear out the thugs head for the trains.

Wife ordered a new Daily driver.
Normally she’d ride the train to Downtown, then take the A train to the stop close to the dealer to take delivery.

60 miles away.
$71 monthly pass, reimbursed by our employers.
Handy AF. Save on gasoline.
She could have ridden it to work and back too.

NFW we’ll even step on the commuter trains anymore.
Even with her dog and pepper spray she just doesn’t want to experience an incident.

Young hot girl students used to ride the commuter trains to CSUN and the LA fashion Design district from the OC and Ventura county.

You spotted them by the big bags of school art materials they had along and they dressed nice and were good lookers.

Rarely did the attacks on them make the news. I don’t remember ever, but it happened.
NFW do you see the girls chance it anymore.
