Does the AZ DMV have a process via mail? or do you have to do it in person?

buggy has a current AZ title.... looking to transfer it into my name. I have an AZ address..... but have also heard you can still use a CA mailing address? Is this true?

Good question. I do know they DO NOT send renewal notices. This is one of those...I'd call AZ MDOT.

You can transfer Arizona titles between Arizona residents online, but it requires some work from the seller.

Have you successfully done this with anything other than a regular car or truck? Attempted to do it couple years back on a quad and had issues, seems they are very selective as to what you can transfer online. Curious if it's improved or not since then
 
I am a CA resident with dirt bikes registered in AZ. I cannot sign up for online services though. From the little info available I think you need a AZ drivers license to have an account.
I plan to stop in next time I am in Yuma and find out more info.

do you know if you have to go in person to do a title transfer or if it can be done online / through the mail? (this is for a sandcar)
 
If your title is spscs special contruction and body type is db it can be a real pain in ass to do. Well atleast for me it was.

They required a level 2 inspection and were only going to give me an ohv only plate.
 
Quick stop is a 3rd party, but fees are low and they’re easy to deal with.
Most can be done online with Az mvd or quick stop
If in person walk into mvd a long wait in Az is 15-20 mins lol
Yes you can have ca address for mail to.
My rail is fully plated AZ with Az address, but mail to Ca address
New build registration was super easy, car didn’t even come out of trailer
